This course is designed for those who are truly passionate about great coffee and eagerly want to understand the Barista skills. First, the participants need to understand how coffee is cultivated, harvested and processed; to identify different roasting profiles as well as best practices in buying, storing and grinding coffee. Then, the participants will start to learn the fine art of brewing and how to evaluate a great cup of coffee and other brewing methods that will bring out the most flavour and aroma.
During the Barista Course, the participants will have great fun brewing different methods and tasting different coffees. Upon completion of the course, the participants should be able to understand the key determining factors to the processes of grinding, brewing and presentation of coffee.
