    Business Information Systems-Leadership-Human Resource Management-Business Growth Strategies

  • MODULE 2 : MARKETING STRATEGIES
    Collecting and Analysing Data on the internal Business Environment-Develop Marketing Strategy-Prepare marketing plan-Implement and monitor marketing activities

  • MODULE 3: BUSINESS FINANCE
    Management Accounting and Cost Analysis-Business Economics-Contemporary Issues in Accounting-Financial Statements and Reporting

  • MODULE 4 :DEVELOP A BUSINESS PLAN
    Analysis of internal and external business environment-Formulation of business plans and strategies-Execution of Business Plans

Course Details

Entry Requirements

Diploma / Degree with 3 years working experience
Experienced adults of 25 years and above with minimum of four (4) years working experience and professional qualification.

Certification

Upon successful completion of each training, participants will be awarded the certificate of attendance. Completion of four (4) trainings can lead to graduate certificate in Business Management awarded by Keris College.
